We operate a standard next day delivery service (Monday - Thursday) on all stock items such as consumables and accessories. All orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday to ensure, although we can’t always guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday we will strive to ensure delivery on the following Monday. In the event that we are out of stock we will send the items as soon as possible within a reasonable period. For delivery times on equipment please call our helpline on 0800 035 5584 due to stock levels and manufacturers lead time. But we strive to deliver within 7 working days, wherever possible.
Product Orders above £60.00 exclusive of VAT are inclusive of any standard delivery charges, plus any additional charges as below.

The delivery charge is automatically calculated in at checkout. In certain circumstances, you may be contacted by either email or telephone to advise if any further charges apply.
Please note additional delivery charges will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands. Please note if any additional charges apply you will be contacted prior to dispatch.

Refund policy & returning of goods
As most of the items are related food & drink products - we do not accept for refund or exchange for any opened or used ingredients, consumables and accessories. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty we will accept them up to 3 days after you have received the goods. The received time starts from the date you signed for the goods with the carrier. (A customer signature is recorded by our courier for evidence).
The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. We will only issue a refund once the goods are returned to us and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition, having not been used.
in some circumstances, Coffee Seller reserve the right to charge a 15% handling, re-stocking, and refunding fee. The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non-faulty goods will be yours as the customer.
