Prices

All products on the website are priced on the assumption that payment is made prior to dispatch. All other orders processed and delivered where payments are received in arrears i.e. credit accounts via official purchase orders etc. will attract a 5% surcharge.

 

Shipping Policy

We operate a standard next working day delivery service (Monday - Thursday) on all in stock items such as consumables and accessories. Please note we only ship to UK Mainland.

Equipment & Warranties Policy

All equipment supplied by ‘Coffeeseller UK’ comes with a statutory, 1 year manufacturers parts only warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please call our help line on 0333 188 3700 for other and extended warranty options. 

Please note that any machine warranties do not cover any scale related issues caused by poor quality water in areas such as central London. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the Brita range of water filters. We supply a range of equipment with boxed delivery to your site. If you require an engineer to connect the machine to your prepared power and water facilities, please inform us when enquiring. If you purchase your machine through the website, we will contact you regarding installation options providing a quote and lead time.

Please be aware the engineer will connect the machine to your power and water supply within 1 meter of the machine's location - they will not route power and water from other locations to where you want the machine. Electrical and Plumbing work should be completed and ready for when the engineer comes to the machine - if the required facilities are not in place prior to the engineer's arrival then a recall fee will be chargeable for the engineer to come back once you have them in place.

Always double check the requirements for the machine you are buying, in most cases it will need a 13amp socket and cold water feed with isolation tap terminating at 3/4inch BSP fitting (washing machine type screw fitting). High wattage machines will require a 20amp supply with cooker on/off switch within a meter. Also ensure you purchase a limescale water filter to go with your machine, the warranty will be invalidated if the machine is found to have limescale issues in the boiler or valve

 

Returns policy & returning of goods

We do not refund or exchange any opened or used ingredients, consumables and accessories.

Cancellations

You may cancel your consumables and accessories order once placed online although it will be treated as Returning of Goods (Please refer to the returning of goods policy) This is at the company’s discretion. If a mistake is made online, please telephone our helpline 0333 188 3700 or email us immediately where we may be able to assist.

By purchasing machines and equipment or entering into a lease agreement on machines and equipment whether online or otherwise, the above conditions no longer apply.

Cancellations of equipment will be subject to cancellation charges dependent on the value and circumstances.

Refunds on returned goods are subject to the above terms and conditions and are given by credit or debit cards and a credit receipt will be issued. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded at method at the company’s discretion
